All orders placed on charliebcollection.com are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and delivered throughout the United States.

The best part? Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $100, after discounts and before taxes.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

Please note: Additional processing time may be required during sale and holiday periods. All orders are subject to availability and payment authentication.

Order Tracking

As soon are your order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the carrier.

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has shipped.

You can also track your order through the Shop app or by logging into your Charlie B account and navigating to Order History.

Order Cancellation or Modification

Our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare and dispatch orders. For this reason, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed and entered processing.

If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to help; however, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct before completing checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to update the shipping address or redirect the package.

Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered validly fulfilled, and we cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrectly entered addresses.

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

Prices displayed on our website do not include applicable sales taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

U.S. orders ship from with the United States, so there are no duties, tariffs, customs fees, or import charges upon delivery. The amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
