Charlie B clothing embodies the perfect balance between comfort and fashion — but if there is an item that’s not exactly how you envisioned it, you can return it within 30 days from your order's ship date. Please read all the information below before starting the process.
Return Policy
Charlie B will gladly accept merchandise for a refund within 30 days of your order's ship date.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original, sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
- Must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
- Must be purchased from charliebcollection.com
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria outlined above. Returns that do not comply with our policy or are sent back without authorization will not be refunded.
Exclusions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items marked at 50% off or more are Final Sale.
- We do not accept returns on items purchased at retail stores or third-party websites.
Return Postage Fee:
- A return postage fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.
To ensure your return is processed efficiently, all returns must follow the official return procedure and use the provided return label.
Returns sent outside of our return process may result in processing delays. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or missing returns that are shipped without using our authorized return label or that do not follow our return instructions.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
Follow the steps below to complete your return:
1. Start a Return: Go to our return portal to start your return. Enter your order number (starting with a #U) and the email address linked to your order. Follow the steps to select the items you wish to return.
2. Download Your Return Label: After submitting your return, download and print the return label and return packing slip from the confirmation page. The $12 cost of the shipping label will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
3. Prepare Your Package: Pack your items securely (use the original packaging if possible) and attach the return label to the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
Return Requests for Multiple Orders
Please note that each order requires its own return authorization, which must be created separately through our return portal. Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single return request, and each order must be shipped back individually.
Returns that do not follow this process may experience delays in processing and refunds.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Once your return is complete, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note, a $12 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds may take 1-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Final Sale
Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.
Exchanges
As we cannot guarantee item availability, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellation or Modification
As our team processes orders quickly, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and entered processing.
If you notice an error in your order (such as an incorrect shipping address, size, or item), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and include your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist; however, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes, including item modifications, cancellations, or shipping address updates.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before completing checkout, including shipping address and product selections. Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout cannot be redirected, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Price Adjustments
We will honor a one-time price adjustment should the price of an item(s) be reduced within two (2) days of your date of purchase. Final Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
To request a price adjustment for an online purchase, email online@charliebcollection.com within the two (2) day timeframe with your order number and the style numbers for which you are requesting an adjustment.
